Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to review your application and let you in: your name, phone number, email address, Instagram and Telegram handles, how you heard about us, and the signature you draw when you accept the event rules. We also store which version of the rules you agreed to, so an old signature always resolves to the text you actually saw.

We use it to review your application, to contact you about the event you applied to, and — only if you tick the box — to tell you about future events. We do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond the services needed to run the event: our ticketing provider, the venue where it is required, and our email provider.

You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to legal.unity.1@gmail.com, use the contact form, or message us on Telegram, and we will act on it.
